OVERVIEW OF LIFE AND DEATH
Life and Death, also known as Tod and Leben is a war card game for 2 players. The objective of the game is to win the most cards after 16 cards are played.
The game can also be played as rounds, with the winner being the player who has won the most after a certain number of rounds are played. For example, you could play the winner is the first to win 5 rounds or the winner could be the player with the most won rounds after 11 rounds.
SETUP
The deck is modified to a 32 cards deck using Aces through 7s.
The dealer is chosen at random. If 메이저토토사이트 multiple rounds the dealer switched after each round.
The dealer will shuffle the deck and deal out the entire deck face down evenly to each player. Each player will then have their own small facedown deck they may play from.
Card Ranking
The ranking for the game is traditional. Ace (high), King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7 (low).
GAMEPLAY
The game is played over a series of tricks. Each player will simultaneously flip the top card of their deck. The player with the higher-tanked card wins the trick and collects both cards to their score pile.
If both cards are equal, then each player flips another card from their deck until there is a clear winner. The winner collects all the cards played to their score pile.
If the last cards of each player’s deck match, then both players take equal numbers of cards to their score piles.
SCORING
After all 16 cards are played and each player’s score pile is finalized the players will count their won cards. The player who won the most cards is the winner.
If both players win 16 cards each then the round is a draw.
END OF GAME
The game ends after the number of wanted rounds are finished. The winner is the player who won the most of the rounds played.
